STB BYGG was founded in 1956 as a traditional carpentry business. Over the years the company has developed into a full-service builder, which works with both private and public construction clients throughout Denmark. The company has approximately 120 employees at its headquarters in Vejle, Denmark. Great Place to Work® has certified STB BYG as “A good place to work” two years in a row. An achievement that also means STB BYG places stringent demands on the furniture used by its employees every day. This is just one of the reasons why they have chosen Dencon furniture.

A world-class working environment

A world-class working environment was just one of the key points identified during the interior design process for STB BYGs new headquarters in the Central Denmark Region. And with this in mind, it was only natural that Dencon and Haubjerg Indretning were chosen as collaborators on the project.

After more than 50 years on the market, Dencon is shaped by Danish traditions of craftsmanship and design. Most of our furniture is produced at our factory in Denmark, by craftsmen who have a sense for quality in all respects.
